OUR STORY
SeaRock Lounge was started by three friends – Michael, Willy, and Sanjay – who wanted to bring something new to the local culinary scene of Hong Kong. Hong Kong is known for its best culinary cuisine from all over the world. Right from Chinese food to Cantonese food and from Indian food to Pakistani food, Asian food, American food, Mexican food and Turkish doner kebabs and falafel we get food of all cuisines in Hong Kong.
One fine day Willy approached Michael and Sanjay and kept his vision of entering into Hospitality business in front of them. Michael and Sanjay thought about it but they were not experienced in the food and beverage industry since all 3 of them belonged to the import export business of their own product line.
They knew that they needed someone with expertise in restaurant management to help them, so they involved Gaffar, a seasoned professional in the industry.
And since then it is no looking back for this team and together they have brought an effective change in Hong Kong’s culinary industry.
